Stress has become one of the quiet costs of modern work. Four in ten employees worldwide experience a lot of stress on any given day (Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026). The World Health Organization estimates that anxiety and depression alone cost the global economy around US$1 trillion a year in lost productivity.
The case for acting is just as clear. A Deloitte review of 26 studies found that employers recover, on average, nearly five times what they invest in the mental health and wellbeing of their people, with early, organisation-wide approaches delivering the strongest returns.
Decisions are made by minds. And at work, minds are rarely still.
Yoga does not end on the mat
In the West, yoga is often reduced to asanas, the physical postures. Postures matter, but they are only one part of a much wider discipline.
Patanjali’s classical definition is yogas chitta vritti nirodhah: yoga is the settling of the fluctuations of the mind. Its aim is a steady mind: calm, clear and under control. For anyone carrying responsibility, this is the ground on which every judgement stands.
The method
The programme follows the classical tradition of The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, and Patanjali’s eightfold path, interpreted for organisations, executives and decision-makers:
- Conduct and self-discipline (yama, niyama): values that hold under pressure
- Body and breath (asana, pranayama): steadiness through demanding days
- Withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara): recovering attention amid constant input
- Concentration and meditation (dharana, dhyana): clarity before a decision, not after it
For priority setting and decision-making, the programme connects with Dharma CanvasĀ®, a methodology uniting classical Indian philosophy and executive coaching.
Live, human, present
Nothing here is recorded, automated or delivered through an app. Every session is led live, by a person, for people. In a working life increasingly shaped by screens and artificial intelligence, this is time to reconnect: with oneself, with one’s priorities, and with the team.
The programme is secular, requires no prior experience and is adapted to every physical condition. Sessions are confidential and delivered in English or Italian.
Designed to scale
The programme works at every level of the organisation:
- One-to-one: individual work with executives and decision-makers
- Groups: small or large, online, across as many teams and time zones as needed
- Retreats: from an executive committee to an entire company
It can run as an extended programme over several months, as an intensive programme for periods of change or high demand, or as a retreat. Session length and frequency are designed around your organisation’s calendar. Each programme is created for a single organisation.
What organisations gain
- Better stress management and faster recovery after high-pressure periods
- Clearer thinking and better-quality judgement
- Resilience and steadiness of mind that last beyond the programme
- Stronger connection and a shared language within teams
Start with a pilot
The simplest first step is a pilot: a single session or a short series with one team. It is a light commitment that lets your people experience the work before any wider decision.
Schedule a 30-minute call to discuss a pilot and how the programme could fit your organisation.
